Prudence Halliwell
Prue was originally the strongest sister, and the first to receive a second
power. Her powers are mind based. Prue's powers were extremely strong, and if
she hadn't died they would have evolved further. She may have been able to use
her telekinesis power while astral projecting, remain conscious while astral
projecting or move objects she can't see.

Prue's first and strongest power, and originally the strongest power of the
three sisters. Prue at first could only channel it with her eyes, but then
learnt to use her hands. She had very good control over it and she was very
powerful.

 Astral
Projection (Transporting Soul to the Astral Plane)
Prue received this power shortly before she died. This power wasn't very
advanced, although she did manage to project herself on command. Astral
Projection is projecting the soul to the astral plane. Prue's normal self fell
unconscious and she couldn't use her other power while in her astral form. Her
astral form couldn't be harmed, and she also used it as a quick way of
teleportation.
