Phoebe's Powers

Phoebe Halliwell
Phoebe's powers are mind and emotional based. Her first power was passive, but she later received two active powers. Phoebe lost all her powers in a Magical Trial, but earned her premonition power back. If Phoebe received any more powers, they would be emotional or mind related.

Premonition (Seeing the future/past)
This is Phoebe's first power. It isn't an active power, but it came in very handy. Premonition is seen as a desirable power according to Patty. When she touches an object, she has a vision related to the object. Phoebe can see into the future and the past. Sometimes Phoebe doesn't have to touch an object, but most of the time she does. She can sometimes get a premonition on command.

Levitation (Suspending self in the air)
Levitation was Phoebe's first active power. Levitation means Phoebe can suspend her self in mid air for a short period time. It took her a while to get the hang of this power, but she eventually got it, before haven it take from her.

Empathy (Feeling other emotions)
This was Phoebe's third power, and the hardest to control. Empathy gave Phoebe the power to feel and act on other peoples emotions.  Because powers are linked to emotions, Phoebe could use other people's powers, and send energy/fireballs back to their owner.
