Notes
- The tree hadn't been updated in a while, as Paige's name was missing, but was probably updated after the birth of each child, starting with Wyatt.

- It is most likely that Allen had another sister apart from Janice called Phoebe, as Patty named Phoebe after her favourite aunt. Penelope had no sisters, and there wouldn't be any other person who could be called "aunt".

- Although Piper's daughter's name is never mentioned, on the script she is named "Melinda" but its also possible that she could be called "Prudence Melinda" which is what Piper intended to call Wyatt, if he were a girl.

- Phoebe's daughter that she saw in her premonition is only referred to as "Ladybug". All three of her daughters names are unknown.

- Paige's twin daughters names are unknown, but we know her son is called Henry, named after his father.




Mistakes
- Penelope's husband is listed as "Jack" Halliwell, but we are later told [season 6] that his name is Alan.

- According to Penelope [Grams] no males were born in the Halliwell line, the tree shows that Penny had a brother, Gordon II. P.Bowen's father would have also been one of the males in the Halliwell line, although he is not directly linked to the Charmed Ones.

- It appears that Melinda has another child on the family tree, which is impossible as she only mentioned Prudence when visiting the Charmed Ones, almost immediately after she returned, she was killed.

- Although unclear, it appears on the family tree that the Halliwell line goes back to Melinda's non existent daughter. The line really goes back to Prudence.


Different Dates
- There are different dates that could be Piper's birth date. One is August 7th, other is March 7th. Piper was also said to be a Gemini.

- Paige's actual birth year is 1977, but on the 100th episode it has her birth date as 1975, which is impossible because Patty could not have two daughters so close together.

- On the tree it says Grams died 1996. According to Piper, Grams died 6 months prior to the girls moving in, which would be around March. Also, Piper mentions meeting Jeremy on the day Grams died, which was also Friday 13th. 13th of March was a Friday. Grams may have died in 1997, on a different Friday 13th, but 1998 is best fit.

- According to some sites, Penelope was born in 1937. This would make Penelope 13 years old when giving birth to Patricia. The 1 and 7 are very similar on the tree, so it is more likely to be 1931. This would make Penelope 19 when giving birth, which was a reasonable age back then. Also, Penny was roughly 20 when she was a hippie, and Patty was very young, so it works out better.

- On the tree it says that Allen died in January, which is a mistake as he died during "The Summer of Love".
